  1. I’d also add Tags as well as Task Lists. Using a Bugs Task List, you can identify what’s in scope or out of scope. Of course, your can go back to the client for extra funds if something is identified early as out of scope. This keeps change requests in control. Tags give the team a visual cue to maybe hold off on certain bug reports pending approval.
